13/1/2020. Sample, from bottle, courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours extremely pale gold with no head. Aroma is sweet and fragrant, mushroom rice, perfume, flowers, hint of marzipan and chocolate. Medium to heavy sweetness. Moderate body, slight sticky texture, flat carbonation.

300ml bottle from Harbourside Cellars, Darling Harbour. Yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of mushroom, musty, rice. Taste is brown rice, tangy, warm, boozy. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying boozy finish. OK.

Bottled@my birthdaybash@Chriso. Rather much water coloured with no head. Aroma is rice, some mild white wine like notes as well as mild fruity and spicy notes. Flavour is fruity, spicy, a bit alcohol in a nice mouthdrying way.

Bottled at oh6gdx’s birthday bash at chriso’s. Clear transparent, no retention. Light aniseed aroma. Dry and dense, medium bodied Concentrated grainy aniseed. Salty warming finish. Quite elegeant.
