180ml bottle from Sake Shop, Stanmore. Rich orangey golden colour, no head and aroma of cooked rice, mushroom, dried fruit, wood, almond. Taste is sweet and fruity, with orange zest, apricot, banana hints, wet rice, woody, and light alcohol. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying earthy boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.

180 ml pour at Shinsengumi. Nose is heavily oxidized as expected, with lots of dried plums and raisins, leather. Like Xiaoxing wine. There is some sweetness, but the acidity is huge and the finish is actually quite dry. Very drinkable koshu.

180 ml bottle. Smooth caramel in the nose. Nice fresh grain, smooth. The floralness is a bit in the back, the aged woody aroma I front. Nice smooth aftertaste with hints of cake. Nice.

180 ml bottle. Nice nose of dark baked cake. The Saké starts fresh mild. Floral with a nice woody background. Creamy mild, smooth toffee with a great floralness on top.
