(Bottle) Brownish black colour with brief, bubbly head. Malty, roasted nose with oak wood, dark bread, coffee, sweet liquorice, dark chocolate, butterscotch and vanilla. Malty, roasted, vinous taste with notes of oak wood, vanilla, dark bread, sweet black coffee, liquorice, chocolate truffles, toffee and a mild roasty bitterness in a warming and vinous finish. Full body, sweet. Thick and slightly oily mouthfeel. A bit boozy, but rich and warming. Very nice.
