Bottled. Like unclear water with no head. Aroma is rice, some alcohol and mild fruity tartness to it. Flavour is fruity, some rice, alcohol and mild tartness as well. Rather intense and almost on the verge of being sticky/stingy with some of the elements. Yet very pleasant to drink.

720 ml bottle from Isetan Kyoto. Pours with a deep yellow hew, almost like a koshu. Rich, savory nose, lots of rice, some oxidation--seems a bit aged but it does not purport to be. Light raisins, lemon, maybe a touch of pineapple, but a funky one. Flavor is sweet and acidic, funky like a kimoto, rich, savory, stewed fruits, pineapple, apple, plus a hint of cedar as if it were aged very shortly in cedar casks. Rather unusual daigin, more like an old school junmai but very nice.

Drunk at room temperature (one of the recommended temperatures). The appearance of the liquid is clear, colorless and transparent. The olfactory intensity is high, and the olfactory persistence is appreciable. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is of malted rice Koji. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas gives impressions of melon, fruity and dry. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of robust sake for a soft and rich taste. The body is round. The taste intensity is normal, and the taste persistence is sufficient. The taste is pleasant. The final mouth sensations are ready to drink. The taste is assigned tones of anise, pine, vanilla, melon, dried apricot, green apple and pepper.

Bottle pour at Before 9. Hazy and slightly yellowish tinted. Ricy nose with fruit, creamy. Sweet and fruity, light rice pudding, with a nice peppery finish. Same as the Jikigumi, but that one is so much fresher and crisper. Still very nice.

Bottle pour at Before 9. Clear and viscous. Rich fruit nose, stone fruit, melon, rice. Spicy, peppery flavor, super fresh with citrus, spicy ginjo-ka koji matched perfectly by a light, prickly carbonation. Simply delicious and super fresh tasting.
