Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, berry, medicine. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, medicine. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100702]

Orange color, small white head. Wheaty, carboardish aroma. Yeasty, light citrus, wheat and cardboard in the flavor. Not very good weizen.

Bottled@PBF2010 (thanks Bov). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, herbs and some mild notes of some mild yeasty notes. Flavour is bready malts, some herbal notes and mild toffee.

Dark amber-red color, small off-white head. Burnt rubber mixed with rat poison in the nose. Flavor has caramel, white pepper, rubber, .. I can’t describe what this beer is. Yeast gone wrong? Lingering pepper in the aftertaste.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, light-amber colour with a quickly diminishing frothy head. Sweet and slightly grainy, cara-malty nose with acidic lemon-fruity and lavender-spicy notes. Slightly sweet and acidic-tart flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Cara-malty, slightly wheaty and yeasty taste with light to moderate citrus-fruity notes and spices; slim malty and fruity finish. No glory. 07.IV.10

Bottle (kindly deliverd by Allen!) Golden, hazy, quickly collasing small white layer; sweetish-grainy, also fruity nose with a tinge of X-mas spices underneath; light to moderate sweetish flavour, light bodied as well, soft; short sweetish-fruity finish with a very light tartness in the aftzertaste. Not that good........

Bottle (thanks to Allen!): Cloudy, amber coloured, quite stable medium-sized tanned head; sourish-fruity - traces of infection included - nose with distinctive X-mas spices underneath; moderate sweetish flavour, medium bodied, relatively soft; traces of infection return in the sweet - dominated by cinnmon - X-mas finish. Not really necessary.....

(swing top bottle, courtesy of Allen) Cloudy, murky amber colour with a short and tanned foamy head. Sweet and slightly toasty malty aroma with loads of cinnamon/gingerbread spices, accompanied by light berry-fruity notes. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly toasty cara-malty taste with distinctive spicy notes and a subtle fruit-character, leading into a cinnamon- and slightly peppery spicy finish. Interesting brew. 31.III.10

Bottle (kindly delivered by Allen!): A bit unclear, no head to speak of, sweetish-caramelly nose with a certain fruitiness; moderate sweet flavour, light bodied; shy hints of smoke in the sweet-wheaty finish, followed by a very delicate tartness. Not bad, but quite sweet and a bit thin.....
