[ As La Quince Sinister Hops Issue #3: Imperial Stout ].
ABV: 11.0%. Clear dark red brown colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, wood - tobacco, dark fruit, yeast. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, toasted - roasted, yeast, wood, tobacco, dark fruit, sweet roasted - coffee like. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20220416]

--Canned, thanks Taboada. -- Very dark brown, creamy head. Citrusy licorice aroma. Mid dry woth medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Licorice, grapefruit and cedar. Long bitter finish.

--Canned, thanks Taboada! -- Clear deep copper colour, mid sized head. Aroma of spicy bread and figs. Quite dry with medium to full body and firm, soid mouthfeel. Spicy bread, aniseed, figs and notes of higher alcohols. Bitter peppery finish. Really solid and pleasant. A winner!

Can shared. Hazy amber with huge head. Sweet malts, typical amber malts taste with a lot of caramel, pine, orange peel, yoghurt. Solid medium sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied.
