Dark golden color, good lasting and nice lacework. Aroma is light toasty, some hoppy and fruity. Flavor is slightly bittery, some fruitness. Fresh final, easy drinkable.

Gylden brun noe tåkete med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter sukkertøy, smør, blomster og noe trevirke. Søtlig start, fyldig karamell, fudge. Noe røde bær blander seg inn. Flyktig bitterhet, som kommer igjen i avslutningen.

Bottle from ABC Beers shared with Deanso. Poured a murky medium Amber with a frothy light tan head. The aroma is big sweet sugary malt, creamy caramel toffee. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth rich alcoholic toffee bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle @ Don’t want anything to do with carnaval tasting. Hazy amber to red-brown color, full sized light beige head. Aroma is malts, toffee, slightly caramel and a touch of hop. Taste malts, sweet sticky resinous hops, slightly caramel, toffee. Medium body and carbonation.

schenkt stroperig in rood/bruin met schuimige fijne licht kaki kraag, ziet er prima uit. aroma van alcohol, graan, zoet en veel mouten. smaken zijn erg stevige moutig en granig, tevens wat metalig, redelijk zoet, matig/redelijk bitter, redelijk kruidig ook, gewoon een erg stevig smakende barley wine, waar ik niet helemaal weg van ben
