720 ml bottle from Furusato Nozei. Rich rice and koji nose, light citrus, melon, flowers. Clear and viscous. Light strawberry, booze, rice. Slightly reminiscent of rubbing alcohol. Light peach, melon, sweet orange. Too boozy but interesting. Two days later the booziness was way down, opening the way for sweet, juicy strawberry notes to better emered. 3.3-3.6.

Clear pale pinkish saké. Aroma: bit soapy, fruity, yeast, some banana, bit funky. MF: medium to full body. Taste: lots and lots of alcohol, bit sweetish, more alcohol, very spicy, some star anise. Aftertaste: banana, yeast, lots of alcohol burning the throat and again lots of star anise.

180ml bottle from UENO-Gourmet. Nice rosé colour, fruity floral nose. The Saké starts fresh and fruity. Intense, not too sweetish with a nice round floral flowery body. Intense fresh, great floral like a bunch of flowers. Red flowery, hibiscus, rose. Long flowery and fruity aftertaste, very mild with hints of alcohol and not too much sweetness, but lots of bloomy flowers. Fantastic one. The rice is subtle and crisp, the yeast is dominating the picture. Great!

180ml bottle from Ueno Gourmet. Fantastic floral fresh nose of fresh blossoms. The Saké starts very smooth and fresh. Lots of flowery floralness, moderate sweetish. Great intense deep body. Clear Saké-body, the floralness is intense and rich, like fresh flowering blossoms. Great fresh and fruity body. The aftertaste is long and floral. Lots of slightly sweetish floralness. The Saké-body is very subtle. Fantastic combination of a fantastic Saké with an extreme aromatic yeast.

180ml Bottle from Ueno-Gourmet. Great floral nose, lots of flowery Abelia with pear and peach in the background. Smooth and floral-sweetish, still dry. Fantastic flowers, like sniffing in the Abelia flowers with hints of Peach and Pears in the background. Great deep flowery floralness, intense, hints of alcohol. Great fantastic depth and a long fresh and fruity aftertaste. Fantastic use of the Abelia-yeast together with a great Diaginjo with a smooth and clear rice body. Fantastic!

180ml Bottle from Ueno-Gourmet. Great fresh flowery nose. Great with melon, pears and flowery Marigold (Ringelblume). The Saké starts fresh and mild. The flowery yeast is subtle and fragile in the foreground, pears and melon in the back. Great fragile aroma on a smooth and light sweetness. Fragile smooth aftertaste, round and fresh, light for the 15%. Great subtle floral with great fragile aroma. Great flowery yeast - fascinating subtle. Great stuff!!
