Geringe Säure. Intensiv fruchtiger beeriger Beginn, der konstant ist und auch in seiner Süße/Säure kaum Änderungen hervorbringt. Mild würzig bleibend, angenehm fruchtig bei fast keiner Karbonisierung, zunehmend wässrig. Beeriger aber wässriger und kaum noch säuerlicher Abgang. 10/10/9/9/8/9

At Fisch & Feines 2024, Bremen. Cloudy amber in the glass, big head. Aroma reminds me to wall colour (called Dispersionsfarbe). Taste is malty with honey. Some alcoholic bitterbess. Low carbonated. One of the better (Heller) Bocks.

At Fisch & Feines 2024, Bremen. Nearly blck in the glass. No real head. A lot of red wine and malt with wine and barrel wood on the nose. Taste is a balance between malt and heavy red wine. Fruity. Dry malty in the end. Nice one.
