Bottle from Cafe Oorlam: pours golden with a small white head. Aroma is sort of weakly bretty. Somewhat tart and earthy. Kind of thin body.

10/5/2024. Tap at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen. Pours clear amber gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma is grassy, straw, citrus. Nice citric tart edge.

10/5/2024. Tap at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen. Hamburg rating #50. Pours clear pale red with a small bubbly off-white pinkish head. Good looking pour. Cherry, cough syrup aroma. Nice but lacked body.

27/4/2024. Bottle shared at fonefan Ulfborg tasting. Pours very dark brown with a small short lasting beige head. Aroma is woody, roasted malt, vinous, plummy, tart berries, a little raw chocolate. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and musty tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice long bitter tart finish. Enjoyable.

Mikkeller Beer Celebration, Red Session. Clear dark golden beer with a beige head. Aroma of biscuit, caramelized malt, spicy hops. Taste of mild caramelized malt, spicy hops, some nuts.
