Bottle at Ante, Newtown. Clear, no head and aroma of rice, light fruit. Taste is rice, fruity, with savory notes, and alittle drying booze. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry ricey boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.

Glass at Shioriya. Yellow tint, oily. ricy nose, vanilla, yogurt, toasted grains. Sweet and sour, slightly toasty, lactic acid, stewed fruit. Lovely, rich stuff.

720 ml bottle from Takimoto. Yogurt, lactic acid, rice, some stone furit in the nose. Not huge, but solid. Rich rice flavor with good yamahai acidty and creaminess. Rather full body. solid, not exceptional, but good.
