Bottle from thewolf. Dark brown color, cloudy. Caramel and a hint of cinnamon in the aroma. Sugary sweet flavor with brown sugar, hints of cinnamon, licorice and cardemom. The spicing is subtle but the beer is way too sweet.

Shared 500 ml bottle, ABV is 5.5%. Dark brown colour, off-white head. Boring aroma of caramel, molasses and dust. The flavour is not too bad, caramel, grain and brown bread. Not very exciting though.

Endelig RBHD-samling igjen, og denne gangen ombord på Fridtjofen. 0,5 flaske: klar, mørk rødgylden med kort skum. Aroma og smak med overmodne røde bær, litt einer og noen halvvisne urter. Lett bitterhet i ettersmaken. Røvkedeligt.

Medium beige head. Hazy red body. Fruity, spicy aroma with herbal, mealy notes. Simple and straightforward. Stale spicy taste with papery notes. Mid-bodied. Mealy, powdery mouthfeel. Faintly acidic watery papery aftertaste with abrasive earthy spicy notes. Some overripe strawberry. Unclean. It’s very similar to their pilsner, in that it’s just not a good beer at all. But I don’t think it’s infected. At least not very. Odd, but this is clearly a brewery to stay away from. (0.5l bottle, from SuperBrugsen Jelling.)
