Drank cold. The liquid appears to be opalescent. The olfactory intensity is normal and lasts sufficiently. The taste on the nose - dominant aroma is of malted rice Koji. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas brings notes of apricot, strawberry, coconut and banana. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of medium strength’s sake. The aroma on the tongue is rather dry. Viscosity is medium. The body is full. The taste intensity is normal and lasts sufficiently. The taste is pleasant. The final mouthfeel is drinkable sake. The aroma in the mouth bears signs of cooked rice, condensed milk, popcorn and mimosa, for a delicate aroma.

29/1/2024. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Region #449. Japan region 28/47. Pours clear with a hint of yellow and no head. Aroma is rice water, alcohol, melon, citrus, white grape, caramel and a hint of cucumber. Medium plus sweetness, touch of bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, low carbonation. Increasing bitter finish. Good.

300ml bottle from BWS Rockdale Plaza. Clear pale yellow colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of rice, fruity, caramel, booze. Taste is mellow, rice, toffee, with smooth and earthy booze notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying boozey finish. Nicely drinkable.

180 ml cup. Grainy rice nose, light apple and vanilla. Watery looking. Sweet and fruity, apples, citrus, rice. Simple but not all that bad.
