750mL pink wax bottle drunk 6/16/23.
Clear, with a light pearl tint. Frizzante.
Nose is lightly sweet rice, gentle fruitiness and hints of tropical fruit (but not coconut). Hint of acidity.
Flavor is soft, with good body, succulent rice sweetness and playful fruitiness. The gentle carbonation is lovely and it's not boozey and there's no coconut. Melon, rice, hint of guava. Perhaps a touch on the sweeter side overall, but the flavors are well-done.

Brewery draught, 4/28/23.
Clear.
Delicate, floral, more ginjo or daiginjo in nature. Clean, not very sugary with low, delicate fruit.
Soft, ricey, sweet but attenuated well. Lovely, clean, floral, fruity but not too fruity. Drinks much lower than 16. Ernest loves this stuff.
