Clear.
Stone fruit, honey, rich rice and a bit of glue on the finish, but no booze. Oyster shell and hints of pepper.
Soft, sweet, with a potato like consistency. Heavily cooked rice, more sugar lingering. A bit bogged down by this cooked potato sweetness. More bitterness than acidity. Not my favorite.
