Keg at Smoky Mountain Turkey Creek, 16/02/15. Black with a decent tan covering - a good looking beer. Nose is light roast, dark toffee, liquorice, hint of coffee. Taste comprises chocolate, toffee, nice roast profile, dark maltings, liquorice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Well rounded easy drinking stout.

Keg at Smoky Mountain Turkey Creek, 16/02/15. Dark chestnut brown with a moderate light beige head that retains well. Nose is caramel, nutty, vanilla, toasted brown sugars. Taste comprises pecan nut, caramel, toffee, sweet licks, malt tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Mediocre porter lacks both depth and direction.

Keg at the Knoxville brewpub, 16/02/15. Clear amber topped with a moderate off white swirl. Nose is biscuit malt, caramel, light floral notes. Taste comprises sweet malt, light fruit, candy bar, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, seim drying close. Dull.

Keg at Smoky Mountain Turkey Creek, 16/02/15. Mahogany brown with a decent light tan swirl atop the glass. Nose is pine, charr, spice, light tropicana, hint of coffee. Taste comprises Beena berry, roasted tones, pine needle, hint of liqourice. Medium bodied, prickly carboantion, semi drying close. Decent enough CDA, over carbonation lets it down a touch.

Refrigerated 12 oz. bottle courtesy of queenholly poured into weizen glass. Pours hazy pale golden with a little suspended yeast and medium/small white head. Aroma is light lemon, medium/light body, medium carbonation, and thick small-bubble lacing. Taste is easy drinking lemon. This is a Belgian White, not a wheat ale. Queenholly nailed this one unrated state, wheat beer, and good beer, thanks queenholly.
