Our craft beer takes a little bit longer to brew than others. Selecting the finest ingredients and handcrafting the traditional process demands patience. But 35 years? That’s how long we’ve been making our full flavoured beers, improving and perfecting them year after year. It makes us the oldest independent brewery in Ireland and those who drink our beer agree it’s been time well spent.

Bottle online from KWM Wines, Northern Ireland. Pours almost clear pale amber with an off-white cap. Aroma: sweet grains, light toasty. Taste: light to moderate sweet and bitter, malt, grains, earthy, light caramel. Medium body with soft carbonation. The munich malt gives this a bit of character, it's fine.
