Officially this beer should named F101-A, as it is a test brew of a beer that might come in a new version. An unclear golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is dominated by camomille flower on a light malty background. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, camomille flower, spices, and pollen, leading to a dry camomille finish.

Bottle. A slightly hazy one, golden in color and with a two-finger off-white head. Lacings. Sugary, fruity nose with just a whiff of spices. The flavor has fruity sweetness, white sugar and a tiny spiced note. A little bitterness shows up towards the end. Full body, with some alcohol warmth, but also it’s a bit ’dead’. Overall, quite nice, but still just one in the crowd. 100618

Bottle. A clear reddish brown beer topped by a small beige head. The first thing hitting the nose is spices, soon having company by malty sweetness, some dried fruits and a touch of licorice. Spices, dried fruits and malty sweetness in the mouth. Full body. Dreid fruits and some licorice in the finish. Decent but boring and not to my taste. 100118

Bottled at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Hazy pale amber. Heavily spicy nose where cadamom meets tangerine. Sweet and fruity with excessive carbonation and rather massive spicing - salt, bicarbonate, carbonate and all-spice. Medium bodied with clean mouthfeel. Decent, but shallow in character.
