Draught at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Cloudy golden. Honey and grapefruit up front. Medium sweet with clean mouthfeel. Crystal malt mingle with mango and lychee. Shampoo-like bitterness. Stevns hard mouthfeel works a little bit better in more hoppy beers.

Draught at European Beer Festival, Copenhagen. Clear dark brown, almost no head. Roasty and toasty. Sweet and fruity with clean hard mouthfeel. A bit of metal and tobacco along with a mild soothing hazelnut flavour which is needed to cover the sharp edgy mouthfeel.

50 cL bottle. Pours pitch black with a minimal head. Aroma is smooth roasted malty with a mild chocolate note. Smooth chocolate and roasted malt flavour. Light bitternes showing through. Lingering malty finish. Alcohol warming finish.

(On tap) Hazy golden with a pretty off-white head. Aroma of yeast and fruit - perhaps with a whiff of metal. Light to medium body with a little yeastiness and plenty of fruit. Very dry hop bitterness in the finish with an uderlying - but not infected - tartness. A light and quaffable brew with the yeastiness hinting at something Belgian, while the bitterness is more American in style. Sort of a hybrid session beer. 290708
