Near black with medium dark beige head. Sweet aroma with burned malt, english liquerice, coffee and chocolate. Sweet flavour with burned malt, coffee, dark chocolate and hoppy notes. Finished mild bitter.

Draft. An amber beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of grain with light notes of straw. The flavor is very bready combined with medium notes of malt and grain and lighter notes of yeast.

From tap at Black Swan. Pours dark black with a small, creamy and tan head. Aroma is roasted, dark malty and light chocolate. Smooth chocolate, malt and roasted flavoured towards vague smoked. Mild acidic hardroasted note yet smooth in mouthfeel and finish. Bitter roasted and mild acidic finish. Lingering smoked and chocolate flavoured lasting impression.
