CBF07 sample from tap. Pours black with a huge brown head. Aroma of liqourice and chocolate/coffee. Flavour is soft malty and chocolate with coffee finish. Good porter, but also a slight bit vague.

CBF07 sample from bottle (as Dagmar Forår). Pours orange, almost clear. Aroma of sweet malt, slight notes of dried fruit. Flavour is sweet malty, a few notes of dried fruit going into a dry hop finish.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Dark brown. Coffe dominates the nose. Sweet and medium bodied with lots of tobacco and some licorice. Herbal bitter finish. Good, rather laid back porter.

Draught @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Unclear amber yellow color with a average frothy fair lacing mostly diminishing off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, licurice, moderate hoppy. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter (sweet bitter) with a average duration. Body is medium texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, fruit, earth. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Borring ... Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonatin is soft.

Sample at Copenhagen beerfestival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are sweet caramel and hops. A bit watery.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of elderberries as well as a light spicy note. The flavor is flowery especially elderberryflowers comes thru and mixes with a light note of honey, and leads to a bitter end. The body is quite light.

(On tap) Clear, black with a warm, reddish glow and a creamy, beige head leaving laces. Somewhat unclean aroma of roasted malt. Quite full-bodied with sweetish, roasted malt notes - and an edge of coffee. Some malt astringency. 120507

(Cask) As "Dagmar Festivaleby 2007". Clear, amber golden with a handsome, off-white head. Fresh, nutty aroma. Fairly light in body with some, malty sweetness. The finish is dry. Rather refreshing. 120507
