Smallish offwhite coarseish head. Clear amber body with strong carbonation. Fruity freshly cut wood aroma with caramelly notes, kind of faint, but nice. Dryish freshly cut wood taste with caramelly notes. Mid-to-light body. Mild, soft, slightly slick mouthfeel. Dryish resiny fruity aftertaste with papery caramelly buttery notes. Pretty good. In fact, this might be one of their better beers, oddly enough. (0.5l bottle, from Salling, Aalborg.)

50cl bottle from Føtex, Fredrikshavn . Pours almost completely clear deep golden to amber with a rather small, off-white head. Floral aroma with notes of honey, hints of citrus, herbs and caramel. Medium sweet with mild flavours, surprisingly floral with hints of toffee too. Medium body with fairly soft carbonation. Somewhat strange, but fairly pleasant and drinkable. Slightly hazy, yellow. Small, frothy head. Fruity, yeasty aroma. Similar flavour, slight hints of spice, but not much of a triple.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy straw with small white head. Cleara roma of hops and grain, with notes of malt and yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with notes of pepper and hops and some fruity and estery touches. Bittersweet aftertaste. Not that bad, but... what on earth is this? Not much in the way of a Tripel.
