Muddy light amber color. Wheat aroma, and sweet yeast, some sweet spices too. Good body structure, some malt flavor, but also too much yeast; strong bitterness for a Weisse, but appreciated.

On tap at a wedding. Light amber colour with a slowly disappering white head. Caramel malts and bitter hop aromas. Medium sweet taste with some soft, bitter notes from the hops. Finished light bittersweet with gentle malts. A decent vienna but nothing extraordinary
