Odense Catching Up on Stuff Left in the Cellar Event July 2012. Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. The aroma has meaty and leathery smoke, a touch of citrus and floral notes. Dry and a little lemon tart flavour with smoke pointing one way and refreshing fruit the opposite.

Bottle. Hazy golden body with a big, fizzy white head. Spicy aroma of coriander, clove, toasted grain, flowers. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter, a bitterness that lingers into the finish. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Floral hops and spice (seems forced) dominate the flavor. But there are tastes of lemon and citrus that offer a bit of tartness as well. Overly carbonated.

12 oz bottle. Pours straw-colored, hazy, with a white head. Earthy hop and pilsner malt aroma. Hoppy herbal, earthy, pine, lemon/orange citrus hop flavors, pilsner malt. Nice bitterness. Surprisingly good, really.

Pours deep mahogany into a shaker. Off-white head with little retention recedes to sicken rim. Dark toffee and coffee aromas. Soft with caramel, chocolate, licorice and espresso front to back. Not really picking up any bourbon or oak.

Bottle. Cloudy golden beer with a strong head. The aroma is hopped with a citric touch, and the flavour is fruity and vinous with a sweet and mildly bitter finish. Overall a reasonable bitter and fruity beer with a palatable lightness . ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a white head. True to style. Sour, yeasty, white pepper. Semi-dry finish.

Bottle. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Hay and straw notes. Moderate biter flavoor. Short light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, hops and hints of butter.

Bottle pourers light brown with a thin tan head. Aroma is sour oak and caramel. Flavor is Caramel with in roast and nuts. Not bad.

From a bomber. Pour is very nice too look at, a big rocky head on a bubbling hazey lookin lager colored thing. Smell is crisp and fresh. Taste has lots of sizzling co2. It says its hoppy but the taste is not overwhelming hoppy; you can taste it tho. Hops do build as session continues. Seems to be more than the 4.5% listed here. Overall not bad for a somewhat unsweetened citrusy beer. Didn’t think I’d like this but it was OK!
