bottle. Clear golden yellow, medium-sized head. Grainy-malty nose. Full-bodied, very malty with a good portion of hops, especially in the lingering hoppy finish. Good.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden to deep-golden, bigger off-white lacy head; solid, sweet caramalty nose with a touch of toasted malt; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, soft MF; lingering, stronger bitter-sweet finish. A robust, tasty DDR-Bock.........

(swing top bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a big and bubling, slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet, bready cara-malty aroma with a tinge of citrus and herbal spice. Sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a quite calm carbonation. Bready, cara-malty and slightly toasted malt profile; bready and slightly toasted malty finish with a whiff of herbal hops. Aromatic Festbier with DDR-Bock strength (04.07.08).

Bottle, 4.9%. Straw and hay aroma. Clear pale golden colour. Nice stable white head. The flavour has a good bitterness, a little rough. A distinct aroma hoppiness along with some malt. The finish is quite bitter and rough, but definitely cleansing.

50 cL bottle, comes as Pörze Rolschter Premium Pils. Pours clear and pale yellow with a dense white head. Light breadish and mild corn aroma. Flavour is medium sweet with a mild beadish note. Dry and mild spiced finish.

Bottle: Amber coloured with reddish spots, medium-sized, slightly rocky, quite stable head; caramelly, slightly roast-malty and a bit fruity nose; light to medium bodied, bitter-sweet flavour, turning into a drier, a bit chocolatey-bitter finish. Very decent Dunkles........

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big, fluffy and persistent white foamy head. Mild herbal hoppy nose with strawy malt. Light-bitter flavour, rather slim bodied with a moderate carbonation. Initially slightly sweet and soft malty taste; moderately dry, light bitter and shy hoppy finish. A soft and mild Pils, also a bit slim.

Bügelverschlußflasche: Pale golden to orangey coloured, quite firm, medium-sized white head; citrus fruit and bananas and citrus peel in the aroma; sweetish-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; slightly sourish and mainly sweetish-fruity finish with a tinge of tartness. O.K. and drinkable.....
