0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! So, my first official Gose in the glass in front of me. Pale yellow, light unclear, big foamy head, lively carbonation. Sourish grain on the nose. Starts with dull grain and malt, light dry sourish, yeast. Later a little bit dry with sourish hints. Nearby a belgian wit in my opinion. Not bad.

On tap at the brewpub. Beer in the glass looks really good, zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, fine hoppy-flowery notes, fruity hints of lemon. Mild sweet hints. Also some interesting notes that remind me of some cookies. Finish with nice hoppy-grasy aftertaste. Quite drinkable. Nice refreshing brew!

Many thanks for this bottle to McTapps. Pours a hazy yellow on tap with dissipating white head that leaves moderate lace. Aroma is wheat and malty.

Flasche (50 cl) aus dem Brauhaus Goslar. Das Etikett ist das gleiche wie bei der hellen Gose - die beiden Sorten unterscheiden sich nur durch die Farbe des Kronkorkens, der hier schwarz ist. - Schönes Goldbraun, trüb. Entwickelte beim Eingießen eine ungeheure Menge enorm grobporigen Schaums, der einfach nicht weichen wollte und das Einschenken zu einer Geduldsprobe werden ließ. - In der Nase eine deutliche, frische Koriandernote und milder fruchtiger Hopfen. - Im Antrunk milde, fruchtig-krautige Herbe, etwas Koriander, ein Hauch von Röstmalz und eine Spur von Salz. Mild rezent, kremiges Mundgefühl. Leicht und fruchtig-herb mit einem gewissen spritzigen Etwas. Leicht hopfenherber Abgang, mäßig aber ausreichend bitterer, zart salziger Nachtrunk. - Im Vergleich mit der hellen Gose fehlt hier die säuerliche Komponente; das dunkle Malz ist sehr zurückhaltend und läßt dem fruchtig-herben Hopfen reichliche Raum zur Entfaltung. - Originelles, sehr erfrischendes und trotz seiner Milde enorm aromatisch gehopftes Gebräu, das mir noch besser als die helle Gose geschmeckt hat. Sehr süffig. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Vom Faß im Brauhaus Goslar, 18.4.2014. - Blaßgelb, milchig-trüb, weißer Schaum. - Antrunk mild-fruchtig mit einer deutlichen Koriandernote, die gut mit der mild-herben Hopfung harmoniert. In der Mitte leichte Süße. Kremiges Mundgefühl, schwach rezent, fast schal. Leicht säuerlicher, nur leicht hopfiger Abgang. - Der Gose-Charakter ist deutlich schwächer ausgeprägt als bei der charakterstarken Original Ritterguts Gose; das Ergebnis ist angenehm süffig und frisch, wenngleich keine geschmackliche Offenbarung. ==== Neubewertung: Flasche (50 cl), direkt vom Brauhaus Goslar. Einen Tick schärfer als in Erinnerung und im Abgang deutlich knackiger gehopft. Wesentlich interessanter als vom Faß. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Bottle @ Greg’s palace, courtesy of readbaron. Another German wale. Thanks! Pours a hazy light yellow appearance with a white head. Strangely a bit smoky, tangy lemon, pineapple, salt water aroma. Tangy herbal grainy, grassy, a bit salty, lemon flavor that finishes a bit tart and lightly sweet. Blah.

33cl Bottle from Lost Property. Clear brown colour, fluffy off-white head. Aroma of amber malts, nuts, light caramel, malts, some stale hops. A bit Alt-like. Flavour is light-sweet, malts, amber malts, nuts, some caramel, toast, hint of coreander. Again, with the yeast there’s more flavour, more coreander, but all still very subtle. Light-bodied. OK.

33cl Bottle from Lost Property. Clear pale golden colour, fluffy white head. Aroma of faint bready malts, hint of coreander, a bit sweet. Flavour is light-sweet, malty, light bready, hint of coreander, very light bitter finish. When poured with the yeast there’s more coreander and just a tiny hint of salt. Tastes like a Helles or Kölsch, like Bartlebier said. Light-bodied.

Bottled shared by Alice and Jan. Cloudy golden color, medium head. Aroma of soft citrus, some wheat, is it actually smelling a bit salty as well? Soft sweet taste, medium bitter, creamy mouthfeel. Easy drinker. I have to get used to this style. Probably drank cold on a summer day in Germany, it must be superb.

Bottle thanks to the bierkoning crew at the shop. Hazy opaque pale yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste slightly something sour, pretty fresh actually. Weird, hard to describe, not that much flavor.
