Draught @ Brauhaus Goslar
Aroma is like homemade mead with citrus and some brown sugar. Flavour is odd with hayish malt, mild mineral tones and grain. Also some butter. Hay is very dominant here but grain is a good second. Feels floury and a bit musty.

Aroma is hops, medium body, medium carbonation. Taste is refreshing, very drinkable.

Herb hopfiger, etwas trockener angenehm. Süffig hopfig im Mittelteil, spritzig, vollmundig. Weich grasig, hell getreidig, wenig süßer Nachhall. Gut! 12/11/12/11//11

Bottle @ Home, courtesy of Michael E. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, light grains, light sweetness, light citrus, mild lemon. Flavor is light sweet, malty, grain, light dusty, light salt notes, citrus, little lemon. Medium body, average carbonation, light tart finish. refreshing and nice. 050515

Huge thanks to Brauhaus Goslar for that one! Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Wonderful hoppy-flowery aroma. Starts fine malty, more and more hoppy, fruity like lemon and grapefruit. Light bitter background. Finish with nice grasy-hoppy notes, well balanced. Awesome stuff!

Bottle courtesy of Bamsen. Cloudy dark amber with small offwhite head. Malty aroma, yeasty and hoppy notes. Estery flavour, sourish, soapy hoppy notes. Ok crisp mouthfeel. Cheers Bamse!

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber with airy off-white head. Clear arom of yeast and malt, with hoppy notes and touches of grain. Sweetish, malty and estery onset, replaced by bitter, hoppy and dusty notes and hints of bread. Rough and estery aftertaste. Well-balanced. A nice Gose from a nice place.

Bottle tapped at the brewpub. Pours hazy amber with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops, with some malty notes and touches of paper. Bitter, hoppy flavour with pronounced estery notes and touches of malt. Estery and bitter aftertaste with hints of cardboard. Quite watery and with rather thin body. Definitely drinkable but the Gose from the same brewery is better.
