Dark amber color. Beer based on the caramel, with a dry and thin mouthfeel andalso cereals taste. Too obvious.

Bottle, 4.9%. Malty aroma with a little spicy hoppiness. Cloudy amber colour. Big, quite stable head. The flavour starts off sour, turning bready. Finishes a bit more balanced, but still a little sour. The flavour gets a bit more rounded as the beer warms, but definitely a rustic beer. High carbonation.

(swing top bottle) Clear, golden colour with a persistent foamy white medium-sized head. Lightly sweet malty, toasty and bready aroma with light notes of caramel. Moderately sweet malty slightly toasty and buttery taste, very shy hoppy notes; light to medium bodied with a pleasant carbonation; sweetish finish with a very faint bitterness.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a beautiful, clear, orangey brown with a nice, off-white head leaving laces. Lightly sweet aroma of caramel. Medium body with sweet notes of roasted malt. Discreet, hoppy finish. A pleasant, light Dunkel. 071106
