Medium white head. Clear paleish yellow body with carbonation. Fruity floral perfumy aroma with sulphury notes. Sweetish perfumy floral taste with papery notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish jasmine tea and flowers aftertaste with perfumy salty notes. Like perfumed jasmine tea mixed with real beer. Not bad, but certainly no pleasure, either. (0.35l bottle, from Vinbudin Kringlan.)

Been holding on a while to rate this one, as I could only find it in 24-pack. Now, found this 12. I remember liking this one better than all other Moosehead... back in the day. Looks like a typical macro-ale with a mild golden colour, a white frothy-foam head, average retention and some decent creamy-foam lace. Seems like they changed the recipe since I enjoyed this one. Lots of corn. In the aftertaste. Lingering. From the bottle, it is almost better as in a glass, the hop is like rusty water (chemical junk). Not much aromas. Yeah... not the ale I remember. Will never buy again.

Clear dark amber colour, large foamy white head, diminishes slowly, good lacing. Aroma malty, grain, caramel, (very) light citrus, hay. Flavour medium sweet and light to medium bitter. Light bitter, bit malty finish, all in all ok.

Clear medium golden colour, small frothy white head, recedes to a thin layer, good lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, bit soapy, grass. Flavour medium sweet and bitter, malty notes. Medium body, oily to watery texture, prickly mouthfeel, average carbonation. Mild bittersweet finish, malty notes, acceptable lager.

Aroma like cheap champagne or cereal--sometimes skunky. Appearance is a clear pale gold like apple juice with minimal fizzy head that appears for a nanosecond and then is gone. Light sweetness but indistinct. Thin, carbonated mouth feel with abrupt finish. A highly drinkable beer perfect really cold when it is very hot such as picnics or barbeques etc. A step up from American lagers. Time was this was the good beer. How far we’ve come...

Klares dunkel bernsteinfarbenes Bier mit einer fingerbreiten leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht hopfig, fruchtig, Citrus, blumig. Geschmack leicht bitter hopfig, Karamellmalz, Citrus, ganz ok!

Nice looking 0.341 l bottle bought at Grüne Woche 2015, Berlin. Clear copper in the glass, short living one finger head. Malt and hop on the nose. Starts malt and bitter, thought it was more than the declared 39 IBU. Later everything on a lower level and black tea with citrus. Little bit english style.
