Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, molasses, caramel, malty, light alcohol, wood - oxidide notes. Hopfig-herber Antrunk mit grasigen Elementen. Würzig, im Mittelteil deutlich hellmalzig mit herben Elementen. Diese gleichen sich dem vorherrschendem Hopfen an, das Gesamtkonstrukt wird aromatischer. Süffiger, angehaucht bitterer Abgang, deutlich hopfig. 11/11/11/10//11

Hefig aromatischer Antrunk, noch vor dem Mittelteil kommt eine wenig würzige Herbe auf, vollmundig im Mittelteil, feinperlig. Die Hefe wird von der Herbe beeinflusst, von der Restsüße bleibt kaum etwas. Stimmig, mit der Zeit wenig säuerlich, wassich innerhalb der Bitterkeit befindet. Aromatischer Ausklang von gerstiger Hefe. 11/11/11/10//11

Schokoladenmalziger Antrunk mit deutlicher Herbe und einer minimalen Bitterkeit. Herber werdend, absolut malzig vollmundig und sehr ausgewogen. Das Malz bleibt vollmundig und wird noch etwas schokoladiger, aromatisch, die Bitterkeit setzt sich im Hintergrund fest. Vollmundiger Abgang mit vielfältigen Malz- aber auch Hopfennoten. Bitterschokolade im Abgang. 12/12/11/12//12
