Cloudy blond color with large frothy head. Pretty nice aroma of malt and noble hops, crispy cereals, light lemon. Too much carbonation; the mouthfeel is dry; quite good cereals, with strong bitterness and nice grassy presence; although there is too much yeast.

Beautiful amber color, hazy, with medium sized creamy head. Mild but pleasant aroma of biscuits and caramel. Caramel flavor, rather dry in the front and mellower later, although not properly sweet; it’s a bit dusty; relatively strong bitterness.
Not a bad beer, but simple.

Muddy amber color with small beige creamy head. The aroma is mellow, malty, a bit biscuity, but also dusty. Some flavor of malt and caramel, with light dustiness, and relatively high bitterness; balanced final, where a moderate residual sweetness appears.

On tap. The beer starts smooth and nicely bittered. Lots of clove with hints of banana-sweetness. The beer is smooth and yeasty. The aftertaste is long, clove, yeast. Slightly bitter with a smooth banana touch.

On tap at the brewpub. Very muddy in the glass. The beer starts muddy with a slight sourish touch. Not very deep in body. Muddy-malty, smooth but strange. Tastes old or turned. The aftertaste is muddy, sourish malty, strange. 6/12/5/5
