Bottle from Presporska pivoteka, Bratislava. Golden color with medium white frothy head. aroma of, grapefruit, oranges, spices some flowers. Taste, quite spicy, with grapefruit, oranges, Long bittersweet finish. Good.

Bottle from Tesco.....Amber with big rocky white head, reasonable lacing....Aroma of spicy hops, biscuit malt, bit of metal.
Taste of spicy hops, grass, biscuity malt, rather metallic, chalky minerals.
Bitter lingering finish, bit sour and acidic, some harsh coiny metal, bit rough, soft carb.
Disappointed with this beer. Coniston Brewery on the label but it’s brewed in Sussex, and the recipe isn’t the same as the award winning ale. This is no award winner, dodgy labelling on the bottle and it’s not a good beer. Won’t be buying this again.

Bottle from Presporska pivoteka, Bratislava. Hazy chestnut red brown color with huge beige head with nice lacing. Red fruit, wood and alcohol in aroma. Taste, fruity, grapefruit, wood. Nice bitter finish. Good.

Bottle at cockermouth tasting Cockney Pub. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Long moderate bitter nice finish. Creamy palate. Excellent.

500ml bottle. Pours a deep copper with a large head. Aroma is toffee and grass. Taste has some milk and toffee to start. Sour raisin and toffee finish.

Cask stillage at the Rake’s ’Cumbrian Beer Festival’. Amber pour with a white head. Citrus and caramel aromas. Light fruit tang. Quite mellow. Light citrus feel. Good session ale.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It pours a clear, golden body and a small, off-white head. Citrusy, peachy nose with a touch of malts. Bitter in the mouth, but not very bitter. Peachy and slightly citrusy, finishing much in the same way. Medium body. Nothing impressive going on here, but quite decent. 110129
