Panda, courtesy of SHIG, pours with a clear brown body that has copper hued edges and supports few tan bubbles. The aroma offers up firm pulses of the bourbon barrel treatment with just hints of dark fruity esters and reduced sugars well off in the background. The taste delivers a smooth full rich body swirling with toffee, caramel and molasses like reduced sugars. To midway sweet dark fruity esters make a brief appearance before the smooth bourbon barrel treatment and booze take over and usher this thing into the finish. Rewarding experience delivering richness, depth and plenty of body.
