Das nächste Bier, das in der Touristeninfo in Triest 🛥️ gekauft habe. Es ist ein eher flaches, einfaches Pale Ale, das sich schön trinken lässt, ohne zu überfordern. Ein klassisches Urlaubsbier mit netter Gestaltung, das aber sonst seinen Platz suchen muss.

Die Biere dieser Brauerei bekommt man in der Tourismus-Info im Zentrum von Triest 🛳️. Es ist den vielen Karsthöhlen gewidmet, welche sich im Umland der Stadt befinden. Es ist ein wirklich schönes, spritziges 💦 Helles, das sich angenehm nebenbei oder als Einstieg in den Feierabend trinken kann.

On tap at TNT Pub, Trieste, shared with Ogi. Unclear amber, small tan head. Aroma is plum kompot and cinnamon. Gingerbread, honey, malts, sugar. Sweet hibiscus tea, rose petals, plums and spices. Nutmeg and cinnamon. Dry. Medium body. Quite drinkable. A bit too dry, due to spice use. Smooth. Light flavourful finish.
