Pours a pale yellow clear color forming a big white fluffy and bubbled white head. Good retention and many lacings left Slightly sweet upfront. Very biscuity in the mouth too. Sweet malts, Lager yeasts. Nice stingy citrus hoppy bitternerness. In overall, a mild sweet beer Very light body body. Good carbonation. Smooth texture. Grainy mild bitter aftertaste Good drinkability

Bottle from Austria. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. MOderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Light bitter flavor. Some caramel and fruity esters but not impressive. Short light bitter slightly metallic finish. Oily palate. not a good dunkelhefe.

Can shared at a tasting at avrashi’s place. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Estery aroma of banana, light spiciness and quite a bit of bubblegum. Sweetish fruity flavor with a bit of bread, a bit grainy. Light to medium-bodied. A decent Weizen.
