Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Yeasty malt-accented taste with subtle fruity accents. Dry and slightly hop- and yeast-bitter finish. (bottle) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. The aroma reminds me of their Pilsener but has just a slightly softer hops-character, otherwise quite spicy. Bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Solid malty base with present spicy hoppy notes, leading into a moderately dry and bitter finish with a spicy aftertaste. Likeable brew. 24.IX.08

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, greenish golden colour with a short foamy white head. Distinctively herbal, almost a bit ethereally spicy hoppy aroma with a moderate malty sweetness in the background. Bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Hops accented taste on a soft malty base with aromatic herbal and spicy accents; quite dry and moderately bitter hoppy finish. Likeable Pilsener with an character of its own. 24.IX.08

Moderately sweet and slightly bready cara-malty aroma with herbal and nettle-like hops and traces of blossoms. Moderately bitter flavour, medium to full bodied. Solid malty and very subtle fruity taste with hoppy spice; bitter-sweet and quite lasting spicy hoppy finish. A pleasantly hoppy pale Bock. 26.XI.08
