Bottle, 4.9%. Refreshing dusty aroma. Clear golden colour. Big stable white head. Good malty flavour. Good bitterness also, not high, but clean. Very nice and clean, does not taste much of Kräusen or yeast, but good.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw and minerals as well as lighter notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of lime, malt, straw, and some minerals, leading to a dry mineralic finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

bottle, bought in Steinach. Cloudy pale yellow colour with a enormously large and creamy white head - very persistent. Yeasty-wheaty nose. Very wheaty, pleasantly yeasty with shy fruity flavours and hints of buttermilk. An old-style Hefeweizen without banana and bubble gum flavours. Good!

bottle, bought in Steinach. Hazy pale golden colour, superb large white head, extremely solid and persistent. Hoppy nose. Medium-bodied, shy but very nice malty base with floral hoppy flavours and shy resiny hints. Lovely hop profile. Lingering hoppy finish. A delicious beer.
