Classical beer, on the German way, smooth and malty pils that it sounds more an export than a Bavarian pils, little touch of honey, 07.04.20 at Epalinges, purchased at one Fristo Getränkmarkt, at Freiburg.

0.5l bottle, Mangled Ham 2026, thx CBarley! Hazy golden body, laaasting big off-white head. Remarkably fruity, bit dusty-phenolic, but almost a bit tropical, stone fruit in the aroma, some candied orange. Smooth, lean, creamy taste, vanilla, low phenols, light banana. Well, well, well... aren't you classy, white lion!

Bottle courtesy of Jonas and Ursula. Had this Friday 13th February at the Manglham 2nd Winter Tasting listening to Natural Magic - II . Jonas is cooking Pasta Carbonara. Pours hazy mid amber with a mid/large white head, fresh and spritzy nose, super tasty hefeweißbiee, ticks all the boxes, nice mouthfeel, a little light banana and wheatiness throughout, lasting fruity wheaty tang. Score 7.6
