Tap. Cloudy yellowish orange with almost no head. Grainy aroma with some flowers, pears and spices. Feels alive in the mouth and is slightly creamy. Light grainy sweetness with typical lager hint of sourness and mild peppery bitterness. Good.

Cloudy brown, short off-white head. Weak aroma, especially after drank the Bush Prestige. Slight malty chocolate. Taste is sour like citrus, grapefruit. Doesn’t fit the beer.

Hazy blonde coloured body with a thin white head. Aroma of coriander seed, wheat and whole oranges. Medium-bodied; Spicey flavour with coriander seed, nutmeg & wheat-VERY flavourful! Aftertaste spicey and full flavoured. Overall, one of the best lagers i’ve had-I think it’s a wheat! Afterwards...STRONG meaty flavours with beef stock, potatoes & celery!! WIERD! Tasting this after the Cascade 4 Seasons, these tastes come out, but prior, the wheaty tastes come out. Still, a crazy brew that is unpasteurised and very refreshing. I sampled this pint at the Australian Hotel on the Rocks in Sydney, Australia on 09-June-2004.

Bottled, thanks duff! Cloudy orange. My bottle was showing signs of age and had a beginning acidity up front, which however didn’t take the edge of a wonderfully crafted beer. The malt profile is soft, deep and dense. Your mouth is filled with flavours - aromatic honey dominates. It is sweet, but not cloying. The finish is bready rather than bitter.

Bottled. Deep golden and hazy. Orangey aroma. Light bodied, but still with nice malt accent. Very flavourful and promising with balanced bitterness, but also beginning deterioration in form of acidity. I really need to seek up this brewer to get their beer fresh whenever I go down under. Thanks duff for sending this and all the other beers!!!

Dark brown and slightly hazy. Fruity aroma. Velvetty soft maltiness. Full bodied. The flavours of red berries mixes with toffee. Well balanced with restrained sweetness and salty finish. Just the way I like it! Thanks a lot Duff for sending me this and many other Aussie brews!!
