Description
We’ve lived, breathed and brewed beer since 1995 when our founder Colin Brown established Belvoir Brewery.

Brewing started in June 1995 based at 6b Woodhill Industries, Nottingham Lane, Old Dalby. The plant is a collection of redundant equipment from other breweries. Moved at the end of November 2007 to their current location at the same time upgrading to a 20BBL plant.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, perfume - coconut. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, spicy bitter, perfume - coconut. 14/3/2019. Cask at the Leicester Beer Festival 2019. Pours clear golden amber with a lasting bubbly off-white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, light tropical fruit, hint of spice and pine. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Tangy hoppy fruity bitter finish. Quite nice.
