Bottle (75cl): Unclear, small to medium-sized persistent off-white head, amber coloured; moderate dark-malty and fruity (brambles?) with a good dash of nice aromatic hops; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, soft; lingering aromatic hoppy and fruity finish, even with a chocolatey touch in the aftertaste. Great, the spanish equivalent to an excellent german Alt.......

(draught at the 1st Festival der Bierkulturen, Cologne & bottle, 33cl at home) Hazy, ruby amber colour with a medium-sized and tanned foamy head. Distinctively fruity and woody hoppy aroma with notes of apples, red berries and lemon, accompanied by a spicy yeasty and cara-malty background Bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Soft cara-malty start with yeasty and fruity, also slightly woody hops; moderately sweet malty finish with lighter fruity but woody hops. A bit slim but balanced and refreshing. 16.V.10 & 20.VI.10

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of milk, straw, malt, and some spices, leading to a dry lightly bitter finish.

Tasting at Papsø
Cloudy amber color; small sized head. The aroma is full of vegetables and cabbage, flawed. It has sweetish malt flavor, but the yeast and vegetables is too strong. Very flawed, and very bad.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy amber with a rough white head. Spicy, citrusy nose. Very light in body, fruity, vitamin c with loads of metal and a tired mouthfeel. No real hops. 010410
