0.33l bottle @ local restaurant, Barcelona. This is a mild cloudy brown-peach colored one with a small beige head. On the aroma I get some sweet malty tones, a little bit of yeasty dry chocolate, and some burned caramel. It's average carbonated with a mild oily to watery mouthfeel. Good flavors, a bit of dark sweet malts going on here, it's a bit sweet, low on the bitterness until the finish. Light dry chocolate in the aftertaste. Quite good. 05.08.2012

9/VI/2012 - 33cl bottle @ home - BB: n/a (2012-608) Thanks to Marc and Martha for the bottle!

Clear amber beer, small beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, very fruity (ripe to rotten), touch of smoke, vegetable soup. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet fruity start, some caramel, smoke, bitter earthy touch. Aftertaste: overripe red berries, little bitter, touch of smoke, ripe fruits, bit sugary, some green banana. Not horrible, but not great either.

Bottle (from bierzwerg.de). Slightly hazy orangeish pale brown colour with a mediumsized foamy slightly off-white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is bready malts, some slight fruityness, grass and some mild raisins and yeasty notes. Flavour is quite strongly leathery along with some bready and sweet malts. Ends in a quite fruity and floral hoppyness. Semi dry and very smooth palate.

Dark amber color, small mostly vanishing head. Raisiny, woody aroma, like in a real ale gone off. Crisp carbonation although mouthfeel feels a bit flat (flat and carbonated same time, funny). A bit yeasty, raisins, wood, caramel. Homebrewish feeling. Strange like their "La Moderna". Strange to be also the first rater of bottled version.

(bottle, 75cl) Almost cloudy, chestnut-bown colour with a beige and short foamy head. Yeasty, fruity and slightly piney, also a bit woody hoppy aroma with a discreetly (cara-)malty background. Moderately sweet and bitter flavour, light bodied, but not watery; soft carbonation. Initially sweet (cara-)malty taste with a rising hops profile towards the medium-dry malty and slightly fruity and woody hoppy finish. Quaffable Amber Al(t)e. 13.VII.10

Hazy brown-orange color, small creamy off-white head. Aroma is yeasty with brown sugar, hops and some fruity notes. A bit sour. Grapefruit or other citrus, yeast, candy sugar, cardboard and spices. Like drinking some odd Fantome saison. Probably slightly off, as fresh most likely should have more fresh hoppyness. Interesting Catalunian brew.
