Dorada nebulosa, de buena espuma blanca, duradera. Buen aspecto. Aroma muy lupulado, mango, resina. En boca es punzante de gas, marcadamente amarga y lupulada. De agradable sabor lupulado entre frutal (uva, mango, pomelo) y resinoso.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 05/2018, lot# L00617. Dorée sur un léger trouble, col blanc. Arôme est plaisant et sous couvert de son caractère belge est complété par un excellent côté café. Retrouve aussi de belles effluves houblonnées tirant sur le fruité et léger fleuri. Palais est axé sur la café tout en restant très bien balancé pour les 5.7%. Amertume est fine tirant sur le citronné et aussi qcq éléments esters belges de la levure. La vanille reste assez subtile et une touche de douceur arrive en retrait perçant juste après l'amertume.
