Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.9%. Overall this is an excellent fruited milkshake Berliner weisse. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of strawberry, rhubarb, fruity/acidic yeast, granola, lactose, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic. Awesome balance of juicy/jammy fruit and lacto complexity; with a nice granola, lactose, pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Mild residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected. No complaints, would have scored better without the plactic-y note.

Overall this is a fantastic Triple IPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV, despite the increasingly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Pretty soft feel, and not overly aggressive. Fantastic Mosaic, Idaho 7, Galaxy profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a nice sized wheat/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding style example as expected. Just wish it wasn't as harsh/drying.
