Draft at Ascension. Pours a glowing hazy gold with a finger of white creamy foam that lingers. Light muted citrus & tropical fruit nose. Pineapple, white grapefruit and mango all there but kind of watery. Dank but thin, quick finish. Nose was better than the taste.

Draft at Ascension. Pours a pretty, hazy orange gold with a small bit of white foam that dissipates. Peach, citrus and mango aromas permeate the nose. Tropical fruit bomb with some melon and more of the same peach & mango. Smooth and juicy, but not overly cloying. Insanely smooth...where is the 10%? Dangerously drinkable.

Draft at Ascension. Pours a mostly clear straw yellow with a finger of white soapy foam that lingers. Nice citrusy nose with some faint peach notes as it warms. Good balance on the palate between crackery malt, honey & melon. Palate has some graininess to it, but the hops compliment the base well for the style. Hoppy, but the hops are new world, so low perceived bitterness.

Draft at Ascension and a can at home as well. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates to a ring. Big mosaic forward nose. Lots of citrus, gooseberry and pineapple. Smooth and juicy...light and crushable. Lingering dank & citrus on the finish. The dried pineapple notes are unreal. Diggin' this one a lot. --- Beer merged from original tick of TiHKaL (All Mosaic) on 17 Aug 2019 at 20:18 - Score: 8. Original review text: Big mosaic forward nose.
