Draft at Ascension 4th Anniversary Party. Pours a hazy gold with a full finger of off-white foam that lingers. Big dank nose with punchy citrus, peach, durian & pineapple. Juicy on the palate. Tropical fruit, citrus, mild hop burn. Abv hidden too well. Really nice on draft.

Draft at Ascension 4th Anniversary Party. Pours a mostly clear ruby red with a half finger of off-white foam that dissipates. Big plum & peach forward nose with some light vanilla bean notes. Good carbonation. More plum on the palate w/ peach underneath. Sweet and tart flavors linger on the finish. A bit sweet but a nice wood aged sour...neutral barrels I assume.

Draft at Ascension 4th Anniversary party. Pours a clearish gold with a full 2 fingers of white foam that lingers. Big cinnamon, clove & nutmeg focused nose. Creamy on the palate, vanilla, spice on the palate. Sweet vanilla & spice cabinet notes linger on the finish. Like an imperial cream ale.

Draft pour at Ascension 4th Anniversary party. Pours a hazy orange with a finger of white foam that lingers. Lots of bright, sour gummy notes with citrusy, zesty tang. Smooth and tangy on the palate. Good tart notes, but nice sweetness as well. ABV hidden well and very refreshing. Great stuff.

Draft at Ascension 4th anniversary party. Pours a thick and viscous ruby, pomegranate red with a finger of pinkish white foam that lingers. Lots of raspberry on the nose with guava as it warms and a touch of marshmallow. Creamy raspberry guava on the palate. Super creamy for the abv. Actually the mouthfeel is insanely thick for the abv. Homerun from Ascension.

Awesome! Tart/jammy plums/peaches/lemon/gummy bears/wheat, lt oak/lacto funk. Fairly tart/tangy. Creamy/grainy/acid/tangy med body. Fairly drying. No pucker. Refreshingly smooth/soft lacto.
Fantastic! Milk/dark choc/pb/fudge/caramel/toffee/vanilla/brownie batter/coffee. Lt bitter. Creamy/silky/velvety/full. Smooth/warming. Loved it

Draft at Ascension. Pours an almost opaque plum red with a finger of pink foam that lingers. Huge jammy plum nose, blackcurrant aromas, light pie crust and cinnamon. More cinnamon, nutmeg, blackcurrant and redcurrant jammy notes. Good tartness with a dark cherry tart finish. Fantastic stuff here.
