Sweet, intense with pastry notes, syrup, caramel, toffee, maple syrup, marshmallows, coffee, cocoa, vanilla and dry roasty earthiness in the finish. A bit heavy.

Oh yeah that’s good stuff. Big and rich, sweet but not quite cloying. Rich maple, roast, toasted marshmallow, boozy bourbon, layered chocolate, raisins. Thick, lightly chewy. Warming finish, more bourbon, burnt toffee, dark fruits, gooey chocolate. Hearty and still rather drinkable.
