Description
Since launching in early 2018 we have grown and adapted our setup to form a small but tight-knit team of six running the day to day operations of the brewery – Founder Sean, Head brewer Lally, Assistant Brewers Scott, Guy and Matt; And head of sales Arron.
Our motto is to never stop improving; we’re always learning and tweaking our beer designs to create the best beer we possibly can, packaged into only kegs and cans to optimise freshness and keep our beer tasting as fresh as it does from the source.

Seven speciality malts are at play on this stout, accentuated by an addition of our blend of coffee beans exclusive to our taproom, Polly's Social. Not content to stop there, we've added a hefty lashing of milk sugar and maple syrup to bring a pancakey gooeyness to proceedings. Contains lactose.

Can. Opaque dark brown beer, small and short lived tan head. Smooth palate, a very mild dryness, modest fine carbonation. Biscuity dark chocolate, smooth and slightly creamy. A fair amount of cinnamon, ripe fruits and ripe cinnamon. A soft finish. Rich and the palate delivers a good drinkability but, ultimately, too much cinnamon for my liking.
