Bottle 50 cl. Imperial Stout at only 7,3% - that is stretching it a little bit. Pours black with a reddish hue and a creamy, light brown head. Nose is very roasted, harsh, ashtrayish with an unfresh edge of stale milk or the likes. Solid, malty roastiness but still a little rough I believe. Malt bitterness. Rough indeed. Oh, I didn't see until now that this was supposed to have Rum and coffee. It cannot be detected, so turn it up or don't bother. 031017

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a reddish amber with a lacing, off-white head. Nose is really unpleasant, chemical, and what seems like oxidized old hops. Rich, malty body, a light fruitiness but no complex overripe fruit accents. A late bitterness. The base Dubbel is poor and the added hopping even poorer. 031017

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an unclear amber with an off-white head. Fruity nose, hops seem a little tired and are rather subdued. Medium body, sweet fruitiness and light caramel with a bitter finish. Very old school focus on mostly bitterness rather than aroma. 031017

Fra fad, første dag på DØE Ølfestival i Lokomotivværkstedet maj-17: let uklar mahogny med ok skum. Behagelig humlebitterhed sammen med brænt sukker, urter og nogle nødder. Blød eftersmag.
