Can shared at work. Black pour, beige head. Nose is full-on coconut, with hints of coffee, chocolate, booze and light vanilla. Taste opens with a huge coconut punch, then there's coffee, chocolate booze, molasses, light caramel and an interesting, spicy-fruity character (that reminds me of cherries mainly) that I reckon is the carob. It's sweet, but not cloyingly. Closes with a long lasting, sweet and boozy, chocolatey coconut finish, has a thick and rich body and soft carbonation. Great pastry stout.

Tap at Kraft, köszi Nari! Kellemes kis NEDIPA összességében, de annyira kiemelkedőt nem nyújtott asszem. Nem a legkifinomultabb kóstolásom volt, na.

Tap at KEG. Pours pinkish hazy golden with thin head. Nose is strawberry and cheesecake. Taste is strawberry, low rhubarb perhaps, artificial cheesecake, some maltyness. Pretty sweet altogether, barely sour. Closes with long lasting sweet finish, has light to medium body and soft carbonation. So it’s a sweet fruity beer with some aroma, but I have a different idea of a pastry sour tbh.

Can at home. Opaque golden pour, thick white head. Nose is hay, bready malts, noble hops and light citric notes. Taste is well rounded bittersweet notes of hay, bready malts and citric character on top of the grassy, herbal noble hops, light caramely oxidization too. Closes with hoppy finish, has light body and soft to average carbonation. Tasty, even if it’s not the freshest.

Bottle shared at Zozo’s. Pours glowing orange with a quickly disappearing white head. Nose is intense tropical fruits, mango lead the way and there’s something else that I’d be surprised if if it was the dragon fruit, cause this character is pretty intensive while the fruit itself is kinda dull. Anyway, sweet and fruity. Tastewise these fruits quickly become overwhelming and thus start to feel artificial and plastic. Light, dry body, soft carbo.

Can shared at Zozo’s. Pours juicy orange with quickly dissipating white head. Nose is mainly topical fruits with hints of tartness. Taste is somewhat sweet and moderately tart, showing lots of tropical fruits, mango and guava with a light cucumber overtone. It’s both tart and sweet at the same time, maintaining a decent balance. Tasty pastry sour with a lovely body for the ABV, but I would’ve liked even more cucumber.

Bottle shared at Zozo's. Pours oily black with a brown head. Nose is intense sugary sweetness, booze and milk chocolate with hints of pistachios and salt. Taste is incredibly sweet, showing notes of chocolate and molasses with boozy hints. Thankfully the pistachios and salt are there to balance the sweetness more or less, without these it'd become cloying and overwhelming. Closes with a long lasting sweet and somewhat boozy finish, has a thick and rich body and soft carbonation. In fact it's mindblowing how thick this is, the ABV feels even higher than the 10% it is. It's a fun concept executed well, if it wasn's this sweet I would've liked it even more.

Bottle shared at Zozo's. Pours black with a beige head. Nose is a fucken apple pie with cinnamon and orange zest, I swear it smells like a freshly baked pastry. Taste is basically the same, apples followed by bready-biscuity malts covered in chocolate topped with cinnamon and orange peels. It's literally a liquid dessert, its only flaw is that body-wise it's a bit too thin, if had more of it it could be literal world class in my book. If they pulled this off without aromas, this is truly mindblowing, amazing job.

Bottle at home. Pours opaque golden with a finger wide, persistent white head. Nose is intense floral and grassy noble hops, sophisticated bitterness and some underlying hay and honey notes of malts. Taste is perfectly balanced bittersweet character (starting sweet and turning bitter), showing floral and grassy, slightly oxidized spicy noble hops and rich and deep bready, honey- and hay-like sweet malts. Closes with a bitterswet, somewhat dry finish, has light yet rich body and average to lively carbonation. There’s really not much to analyze in a svetly, and the reason this is outstanding (cause damn rite it is) is its mindblowing balance and true-to-style attributes. Lovely stuff.

Bottle shared at the Kóstolószoba. Black pour, quickly disappearing beige head. Nose is sweet booze and maple, chocolate and lightly tart berries. Taste is also heavily sweet yet not overwhelming or cloying, it shows booze, chocolate, maple and touches of vanilla, also the tart berries that give a nice balance to the sweetness. Closes with a mainly sweet, somewhat tart finish, has a full body and soft carbonation. Well made.
